Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nail Tech Store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return policy – (from the receival date) – in which our customers may send their purchases back to our warehouse address in exchange for a refund – or for in-store credit of similar value to their original purchase.
The issuing of refunds, exchanges, or in-store credit will be at the discretion of Nail Tech Store management.
In order for items to be eligible for refund or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition they were in when first received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must include with them a full receipt for proof of purchase.
*Items that are discontinued by the manufacturer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once item(s) are received at our warehouse address, they will be inspected and the customer will be notified on the approval-status of their refund/exchange.
If a return is approved, Nail Tech Store will initiate a refund to the customer immediately.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be assumed by the customer.
