Who can shop at Nail Tech Store?

Beauty school student and graduates, as well as spa industry/beauty professionals.

How do I create an account?

Simply go to the JOIN button located in the top bar of the website, or on the home page, or in the footer of the website. Fill out the application for a new account. Fill in or send any documentation required (diploma or certificate, or business #). Once we receive your information, we will confirm your registration within 48 hrs. You will then be able to start making purchases!

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Email Money Transfer (e-transfer). Please ask us about e-transfer passwords before you make a payment via this method.

How much is shipping?

To save our students money – we do not have a flat shipping rate.

Shipments are calculated individually through Canada Post for more accurate rates, and we charge a 20% Handling fee for all shipments.

Once your order is processed and shipping is calculated, we contact you by email and provide you with your custom rate.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use Canada Post Express post with Tracking. We do not accept any COD’s.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations or changes can be made within 24 hours of your initial order.

What happens if I receive a defective product?

In the event of a defective product, the product(s) may be returned to us with prior manager approval only. Product will be replaced or a store credit issued. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
